Winstar WH2004L is a 24-character 2-line character LCD module with built-in ST7066 controller IC; its default interface is 6800 4/8-bit parallel. These 20x4 LCD display modules can also be used in SPI and I2C interfaces by using the RW1063 controller IC. These modules can operate at temperatures from -20°C to +70°C; their storage temperature ranges from -30°C to +80°C. The WH2004L is available in several different backlight colors, including blue, green, chartreuse, amber, red, and white LEDs. The LED can be driven by pin 1, pin 2 or pin 15, pin 16 or A/K. The ST7066 IC is available in different character fonts/texts including English/Japanese, English/Western European, English/Scandinavian or English/Cyrillic (Russian).
