The stable operation of the high frequency transformer is related to the stability of the entire power grid. It often occurs that the temperature of the High frequency transformer is too high and the heat dissipation is not timely. The oil temperature at the top of the oil-immersed High frequency transformer is generally adjusted at 85℃. If it exceeds 85°C, the reasons should be analyzed:

If the ambient temperature is too high, the load is too heavy, etc., it can continue to run over 85°C, but the maximum cannot exceed 95°C (at this time, the central core or winding of the High frequency transformer is 105°C, which will seriously damage the insulation, shorten the service life or Burn out the High frequency transformer).
When the high frequency transformer runs over 85°C, the temperature difference between the top oil temperature and the room temperature should not exceed 55°C. If yes, it may be severe overload, low voltage, excessive current, internal fault, etc. Continued operation will seriously damage the insulation, shorten the service life or burn the High frequency transformer.
The oil-immersed High frequency transformer is operating under high load. Once the critical temperature is exceeded, the High frequency transformer will start a "self-protection" procedure and trip automatically. If the high frequency transformer is still running, it can cause damage and cause massive power outages. Once such an accident occurs, it is difficult to repair it in a short period of time.
