The characteristic of relay HKE is that when the change of its input quantity reaches a certain program, the output quantity will change in a stepwise manner. It is suitable for making and breaking AC and DC small-capacity control circuits at a long distance, and is used for control, protection and signal conversion in electric drive systems. The input to control relay HKE is usually electricity such as current and voltage, or it can be non-electricity such as temperature, pressure, speed, etc. The output is the electrical signal sent by the contact action or the parameter change of the output circuit.
The main function of the contactor is to connect or disconnect the main circuit. The so-called main circuit refers to whether a circuit works or not is marked by whether the circuit is turned on. The main circuit concept corresponds to the control circuit. Generally, the current passing through the main circuit is larger than that of the control circuit. Therefore, as a friend on the first floor said, a contactor with a large capacity generally has an arc extinguishing cover (because a large current disconnection will generate an arc, if the arc extinguishing cover is not used to extinguish the arc, the contacts will be burned).
The relay HKE is generally composed of three basic parts: sensing mechanism, intermediate mechanism and execution mechanism. The sensing mechanism transmits the sensed electrical quantity to the time mechanism, and compares it with the rated setting value. When the setting value (excessive or insufficient) is reached, the intermediate mechanism makes the actuator act to turn on or off. Open the controlled circuit.
If the working current of a certain main circuit is so large that the capacity of the contactor for switching the main circuit is very large, the current to make such a contactor work is also very large, that is to say, the current flowing in its control circuit is very large , it is difficult to switch its control circuit with ordinary relay HKE. At this time, an electrical appliance that was originally used as a contactor can be selected as the on-off of the control circuit. The function of this contactor in this case is to relay HKE.
