  • Product Description
    • Commodity name: BK5863N is a low-power SoC designed for ETC systems

    Overview
BK5863N is a low-power SoC designed for ETC systems, providing customers with a single-chip solution for developing fast and low-cost ETC systems.
The BK5863N chip integrates internal processors, contactless RF card readers, 5.8 GHz RF transceivers, solar charging management circuits, audio outputs, temperature sensors, Flash, UART, SPI, I2C, DES, and more.
The ARM system can run at a maximum clock frequency of 32MHz, which can meet the software requirements of most ETC systems, support standard JTAG debugging, and facilitate software development.
The card reader complies with the ISO 14443A international standard and supports communication rates of 106 kbps, 212 kbps, 424 kbps, and 848 kbps. The 5.8G RF meets the national standard requirements.
